How we work

Requests of quotation for the manufacturing of tooling, or consulting services, are normally received by e-mail. Within 24 hours every request is reviewed and acknowledged. Quotations are submitted within 5 business days. Within 2 business days of the receipt of an order, an outline plan of work and/or tool concept layout is sent for review and approval. For tooling orders, tool design layout approvals trigger the engineering, design, order of materials and tool manufacturing. Molco’s staff monitors the manufacturing work daily and reports its progress weekly. Customers are invited to attend regular conference calls, to discuss project progress and development. The reports submitted weekly, include photographs with manufacturing and progress planning details. Tool trials are done under the direct supervision of Molco’s engineers. Once tools are tested, process details are documented and are available to be sent with samples for review and approval. Upon completion of the tool manufacturing, and upon receipt of customer approval, tools are thoroughly inspected and packaged to be shipped. Customers often take advantage of Molco’s logistics experience, with its shipments often managed by Molco’s staff. Consulting services and its reporting, are tailored to meet the requirements agreed upon with its order. Engineers are available Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm GMT (5 am to 2 pm US EST), for direct communications through phone or e-mail.
