Molco has the capability and experience to design, engineer, manufacture and test a wide range of tools. Besides straight thermoplastic injection tooling, our engineering staff has extensive experience with structural foam, internal gas assist (IGA) and external gas assist (EGA).
Molco can manufacture tools with up to 40 Tones in weight, with the ability to test tools, in house in presses up to 1,300 Tones and in approved testing facilities in presses to 3,200 Tones.
