Capabilities

Molco has the capability and experience to design, engineer, manufacture and test a wide range of tools. Besides straight thermoplastic injection tooling, our engineering staff has extensive experience in structural foam, internal gas assist (IGA) and external gas assist (EGA). With the ability to test and proof molds, in injection presses between 50 to 3,200 Tones, using gas if needed, Molco offers services that can cover most of the demands for thermoplastic injection toolmaking.
